Welcome to the Mi Paella Dinner Experience page by super chef Manu Alfau. This labor of love created by Chef Manu and Washington Ensemble Theatre means so much to us and we’re thrilled to share a meal with you.
This experience will take 1 hour from unboxing to your first bite so we recommend starting around 5 p.m. to give yourself enough time. Please don’t be nervous or stressed! We had a BLAST making this approachable meal and just know you’ll be proud of yourself once you dig in.
If you’re so inclined, this experience pairs great with some wine or a cocktail while you cook and engage in virtual conversation with us. And! If you want to keep the party going, tune in to a Happy Hour Q+A with Manu himself at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 20. We can’t wait to hear how the cooking went.
